Ilton Business Park  has several beneficial features which offer a bonus to the smooth running of your business:

Security Cameras -We have constant on-site security which is monitored and recorded from several hi-tech cameras trained on specific areas around the estate.  This facility is updated and serviced on a regular basis to ensure that we are providing you with optimum security at all times.

Security Lighting -  Most units have high wattage halogen security lighting which is regularly checked by our maintenance team.  Any repairs are carried out at the earliest possible convenience.

Security Gates - Entrance to the Park is via double electronic security gates incorporating advanced technological operation.  The gates are open for regular hours Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings.  Access outside of these hours is strictly by security tag only, allowing you to use your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We have an efficient recording system in place to ensure that security tags are only held by tenants or other authorised personnel.

Skips - There is a secure designated area within the Business Park where a skip is sited strictly for tenants use only.  This is for general refuse  generated from the units, though not for high volume commercial waste. The skip is monitored and emptied as often as necessary and we try to keep this area as tidy as possible. Access to the skip site is only possible to authorised personnel and keyholders.

Site Maintenance and Landscaping - Both of these facilities are provided free of charge.  We have a trusted maintenance team who keep an eye on the Park and tend to any necessary repairs and renewals.  Green areas are landscaped at regular intervals to help keep the Estate in a generally tidy condition.  General sweeping and weed killing is undertaken when necessary.

On Site Estate Office - Another benefit is the Estate Office, conveniently located near the Park entrance. This is where the day to day running and administration of the Business Park is dealt with.  The office is generally manned each morning from Monday to Friday, so there is usually somoene around to provide help with any problems or queries during these hours.  We can be easily contacted outside of these hours and tenants have access to telephone numbers for this purpose.
