 Work will soon be commencing on the construction of a large 12000 sq ft industrial unit. This will be let for use as one property, or in smaller units of 3000 sq ft each (or multiples thereof).

Security on the site has recently been reviewed and stepped up. All tags for the main gate have been reprogrammed and recorded so that discs are strictly held only by tenants and other authorised persons. Skip facilities have also been reorganised, ensuring that use of the skip is now strictly out of bounds to anyone other than authorised personnel or keyholders.
We currently have no news of impending roadworks or other matters which may affect the day to day running of the Business Park.
